NATIONAL CITY ROOF & HVAC REPLACEMENT
This public works project for the California National Guard involved replacing the roof and HVAC systems on an armory. The work included the demolition of both high and low roofs, with meticulous care taken to ensure the building remained dried in at all times during the process. The high roof was replaced with a stunning terracotta-colored standing seam roof complete with a fall protection system.
For the low roof, we installed a durable PVC membrane over 6 inches of ISO board, maintaining weather-tight conditions throughout. The HVAC system was also upgraded with new units and controls, fully tested to ensure optimal performance.
With full-time supervision, safety oversight, and quality control in place, this project delivered a secure and efficient facility upgrade that stands the test of time.
